What I Propose
My passion for good food and art brought me to Tuscany in the late 70's. Bewitched by the region's beauty, its savory cuisine and a Florentine, I simply never left!
As time passed, I wanted to share my knowledge of the region (and the culinary secrets I had gathered) with friends and family- NEW and OLD. Luckily, and as it should be, sharing good food, wine and conversation around a Tuscan table is contagious. WHY?

Who I Am...
Cooking is an art, a passion. A passion instilled in my sister and me at very young ages, thanks to a stay-at-home Italian/American mother who prepared fantastic dishes night after night.
Later in life, while my sister opened an Italian restaurant in the states, I traipsed off to Italy to dabble more in my mother's and grandmother's native cuisine. Now, three decades + later, here I am, still dabbling...
